Fall For Dance North

The Fall For Dance North Experience – Virtual Performance

The FFDN Experience: Virtual Program” is modeled after the signature format of Fall for Dance North mainstage programming, and curated and produced as a digital experience specifically for students. This program goes to the core of FFDN’s mission, which is to connect with a wide selection of exceptional and diverse dance styles, created and performed by Canadian and International artists who are at the top of their game.

The artists featured in this program include South African choreographers Mafa Makubalo (Toronto, ON) and Mthuthuzeli November (London, UK), contemporary choreographer Joshua Beamish (Vancouver, BC), and jazz dance choreographers and FFDN Artists-In-Residence Kimberly Cooper (Calgary, AB) and Natasha Powell (Toronto, ON).

Following the performances, a Q&A session is offered for students to be introduced to the artists themselves and ask specific questions.
