
Calling all young poets! Prologue Performing Arts is now taking submissions for our digital Student Poetry Publication, which is set to launch at the end of April to conclude National Poetry Month.
The publication will be released digitally on Prologue’s website on April 29. Young poets will also have the chance to be featured on Prologue’s social media channels, either with a written excerpt of their poem or a filmed reading. Social media participation is completely optional.
To be featured, please submit:
- Your poem with title and correct author name
- The publication application form and release waiver signed by a parent or guardian
- A video of yourself reading your poem (optional – please only include if you would like to be considered for a social media feature)

If you would like to submit a filmed reading of your poem, please follow the submission guidelines.
Video Submission Guidelines:
- Film yourself reading your poem using a smart phone or camera using horizontal orientation.
- Submit your video file via a cloud storage link (such as Google Drive or Drop Box).

Deadline note: If you would like to be featured on Prologue’s social media channels with either a written poetry excerpt or filmed poetry reading, we strongly encourage early submissions. Social media features may be posted before the publication date.
