Special Outreach Programs … For Bright Young Minds!

Thought provoking, challenging, engaging and curriculum relevant are ways to describe the following Outreach Programs. These performances offer presenters a great opportunity to form partnerships with local schools, school boards and share the wonders of the performing arts with young people of all ages.

Prologue has carefully selected a list of artists and companies that will best suit the special needs and requirements of educators and the curriculum. These Outreach Programs explore Canadian history, contemporary and East Indian dance, sound and improvisation, accessibility and equality, First Nations’ stories of empathy and understanding and much, much more.

A study guide for teachers’ use accompanies each show and a follow-up question and answer session with the audience is part of each presentation. Selected artists and companies also offer workshops and residency programs.
