Special Outreach Programs … For Bright Young Minds!
Thought provoking, challenging, engaging and curriculum relevant are ways to describe our Outreach Programs.
Prologue’s artists/companies offer presenters a great opportunity to form partnerships with local schools and school boards. Invite students from neighbouring schools into your theatre and they will be spellbound by performances that celebrate Canadian history, contemporary East Indian dance and music, issues of accessibility and equality and much, much more.
A study guide for teachers’use that addresses the new Ontario Arts Curriculum accompanies each show and a follow-up question and answer session with the audience is part of each presentation. To further augment the performance experience, select artists and companies offer workshops and residency programs. There are also many performances suitable for FSL (French as a Second Language) student enrichment programs.
Call Prologue now to build an Outreach Educational Program for your community!
